Wat Traimit Wittayaram is an ancient temple built in which period is unknown. Formerly known as Wat Three South China. The reason why it's called the Three Chinese Temple is Because of the fact that there are Chinese people 3 People helped to build it, so it was named "Three Chinese Temple ".
This temple is located on Charoen Krung Road near the Chinatown Chinese community. Thais and foreigners know this temple from the world's largest golden Buddha statue. People generally call it Luang Por Thongkham.
Luang Por Thongkham (gold Buddha statue ) is located on the 4th floor inside the new sanctuary that towers in the middle of this temple. Luang Pho Thongkham (gold Buddha statue ) has a width of 3 meters and a length of almost 4 meters. Luang Por Thongkham (gold Buddha statue ) is made of pure gold weighing 5.5 tons. The Guinness Book of World Records lists this golden Buddha as the largest in the world.

By MRT Subway:
Take the MRT to Hua Lamphong Station. Then you leave the station and walk straight to Wat Traimit Wittayaram Worawihan. The distance is about 350 meters and takes about 5 minutes.

there are buses that pass Wat Traimit Wittayaram Worawihan, number 4, 53, 5, 73, or 507.
By Taxi :
