Absolute heaven from start to finish! I booked to stay on the second floor.
Jacuzzi room with balcony But upon arrival was informed that we were upgraded
to an ocean-view jacuzzi room on the top floor. The wonderful staff let us
know that they always try to upgrade when possible. The rooms are both simple
and luxurious.
And all needs have been taken into account - the insect repellent and travel
adapter provided in the room are extremely useful. Bed-making service at 6:00
p.m. is especially thoughtful. And the staff came with snacks made in
Silavadee. The breakfast included in most room rates was excellent and
surpassed any hotel buffet we've had before.
You can order a variety of cooked breakfasts from the menu. The pool area is
awesome. One of them has a bar to order drinks. and offers beautiful views of
the sea from the infinity pool. And the private beach is wonderfully quiet.
Luxury on Koh Samui!
I dined at The Height Restaurant several times and enjoyed some of the most
delicious Thai food we had during our stay in Koh Samui. and found that the
price is similar to other restaurants in nearby Chaweng and Lamai Both shops
are a short taxi ride away...
Although the aroma massage we booked was probably the best massage we've ever
had. But we still find the price attractive even for a spa and especially by
Thai standards. I also agreed that if the price was lower We will definitely
book more treatments. And should have spent more money overall if it was worth
the money!
The best part of our stay was the wonderful reception staff who not only but
only to provide assistance and information. But we did our best to make sure
our stay was the best. We can't wait to come back and plan as soon as possible
on 10/10!

I had an amazing view. And the pool in the villa is very outstanding. Our suite doesn't have a Jacuzzi, however, it's important to ask in advance what amenities will come with your suite. So I didn't bring the movie collection to watch - as a recommendation, I highly recommend Ton Sai to add a list of basic amenities.

As soon as we took a taxi from the airport I'm immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel staff was also very helpful in allowing us to check in 3 hours early. Nothing was too inconvenient for them for the duration of our stay.
I stayed in the Ocean Pool Front room which was beautiful. General in-room amenities are excellent with turndown service every evening. I get fresh fruit and a variety of teas every night. in terms of location This hotel is in front of Chaweng Beach. And this stretch of beach is especially secluded.
The hotel has a very good restaurant. It serves a wide variety of food as well as a great selection of cocktails. Again, the staff at this restaurant are excellent every day. Except for the young french guy who skyped loudly over 90 minutes walk even though the ice cream dispenser opposite our room, was really annoying and a big puddle at the entrance to the accommodation. ok for vehicles but feet are wet when walking.
I had to experience this hotel before the opening day. And let's just say it's one of the most beautiful zen resorts I've ever been to. Every corner is beautifully designed and beautiful. you feel like in Bali The staff at the front can speak good English. And everyone gave a warm welcome throughout their stay. I really like this hotel. But they weren't ready to put the name Hyatt. Took about 36,000 baht & maybe 3 out of 11 room delivery was just right. The food was ok. but could have been a lot better. Many times the food is delicious.
But many times it was overcooked. missing something or food is not properly prepared The staff needs more training & the front desk needs better speaking staff!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady who explained the "activities" I could afford on the island required ZERO training some days our room was cleaned & a couple of days had to call and wait to be cleaned.
They opened in July 2021 and should take several more months to hire better-speaking staff and more training in the US is a must here! It's a beautiful resort not yet ready for guests. Our advice? Find another resort :((
