Golden Moutain Fair at Wat Saket (Ngarn Wat) Bangkok

Golden mountain fair is annually held (from the 11th day of the waxing moon of the 12th lunar month to the 3rd of the waning moon of the same month). It's the largest temple fair at Wat Saket during every Loi Krathong festival. 

The purpose of the temple fair is to worship the Budhha's relics enshrined in Golden mountain in the compound of Wat sacked by wrapping the golden pagoda with red cloth. The Golden mountain fair this year will be held from 21 November 2012 until 30 November 2012. The fair starts at 5 pm and it's always very crowded. Getting the golden mountain by walking up to the top, you might feel tired,

once you arrive at the top of the Golden Mountain, the beauty of the Golden pagoda and seeing the Ratanakosin area will make you forget it. Golden mountain fair is held on the temple ground by they are a lot of stalls selling food, clothes, other products, folk plays, freak shows, performances, and amusements.
