Phu Langka National Park, also known as Phu Langka Wildlife Sanctuary,  is located in the Ban Phaeng and Na Thom districts of Nakhon Phanom Province, and Bueng Khong Long district of Bueng Kan Province, Thailand.

Covering an area of approximately 31,250 rai (49.6 square kilometers), the park is known for its three mountain peaks:
  1. Northern Phu Langka
  2. Central Phu Langka
  3. Southern Phu Langka
These peaks rise along the Mekong River from north to south, with the highest peak reaching 563 meters above sea level. The park's diverse landscape includes dry evergreen, mixed deciduous and dry dipterocarp forests, which provide habitat for a variety of wildlife species.

Here are some of the popular activities in Phu Langka National Park:
  1. Hiking: The park offers several hiking trails, including one that leads to the summit of Phu Langka, which provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape
  2. Waterfall hopping: The park is home to several waterfalls, including Tat Pho Waterfall and Tat Kham Waterfall. Tat Pho Waterfall has four tiers, with the first level being the only one suitable for swimming.
  3. Wildlife watching: The park is home to a variety of wildlife species, including birds, reptiles, and mammals.
  4. Camping: There are several campsites located within the park.
The park is also known for its historical significance.  It is believed that the area was once an outpost of the Khmer Empire.  Archaeological evidence suggests there may have been settlements  dating back to the 6th to 8th centuries.

The best time to visit Phu Langka National Park is during the rainy season, from May to October, when the waterfalls are at their most impressive. However, the park can be visited year-round.
