Every year Thai Red Cross Society will organize the Thai Red Cross annual fair which this year opened from 29 March – 6 April 2013. The Annual Red Cross Fair, which is held at Amporn Garden (Suan Amporn), the Royal Mounting Statue Plaza, Sanam Saew Pa, Sri-Ayudhaya Road, and Rachadumneon-nok Road.
There are many activities to invite you to visit this fair such as Shopping and street food are also major highlights, you can buy some goods on sale, do activities performed and entertain the fair-goers which are 200 booths from both governments both government and private organizations.
For other activities, the fair-goers can try their luck by picking lucky stars or buying the Red Cross raffle which is the highlight of this fair. There are also products from royal projects: from Chitlada Villa, from HM the Queen’s shop; from Phra Dabot Foundation, from Silpacheep 904 shop.
Besides the entertaining activities, you can also donate Blood, and the pledge for eye-, organ-, skin-, and body which the Thai Red Cross Society’s staff will be on hand to receive donations at this fair. The fair usually draws large crowds, so plan to arrive early as well as The Red Cross Fair is almost always outdoors. Although the booths have canvas covers, you will be exposed to direct sunlight and the midday heat as you cover the ground.
