Wat Arun or Temple Of Dawn is well known as a tourist attraction. Wat Arun in full name is Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan .Wat Arun is a beautiful scene like its name which means that Wat Arun will be the most beautiful in the first light reflecting off the surface of the temple with pearly iridescence.
Wat Arun was built in Kng Rama II and completed in King Rama III. Attractive with a central elongated prang (Khmer-style tower) with 104m high, and is surrounded by four smaller prangs 86m high. The Prang is encrusted with colored porcelain from China.
The towers are supported by rows of demons and monkeys. The structure of Wat Arun is 234 meters on the circumference of the base and the central prong is 250 feet high. In front of the Prang and around the base are the demon and China soldier as a guardian.
