Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is Thailand's national sport as well as Muay Thai is well known all over the world. Thai Boxing is the art of Eight Limbs because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes which use stand-up strikes with the various techniques of clinching. 


Before the bouts start, the boxer (Nak Muay) will honor their teacher and the spirit of the ring by slow dancing with ritualistic music. The completion consists of 5 rounds, each round is 3 minutes. The Boxer in the Thai language calls Nak Muay.
